Kristi Shannon provided me with the upmost excellent service. She stuck through our deal even though we were dealing with a lender that was out doing his own thing instead of explaining things to me the proper way. Kristi is very knowledgeable as mentioned in every field, that includes what the lender, who was pushing unwanted things onto me. Kristi took care of everything, she not only explained it all to me. She kept me calm and said not to worry about it and that she will figure it out and deal with it, AND SHE DID. She responds whenever she has time, she never leaves you on read nor does she leave a missed call alone, if that ever were to happen she would call back within the hour, time/day does not matter to this lady, she knows that you are reaching out to get answers and she never failed providing them. Kristi went above and beyond for my family and I. The covid has made things difficult but she was always working with everyone making sure everything was getting done for closing. She drove where ever we wanted to go and took her time to make sure we knew what we were getting. She was always smiling and always great with the kids tagging along.
